Buchan has partnered with Wenty Leagues Club for over a decade, leading the redevelopment from initial Club Estate masterplanning through all design phases.

A spacious grand foyer serves as the central meeting point, drawing visitors in with an expansive lounge, floor-to-ceiling windows and an understated ceiling void offering uninterrupted sightlines to the levels above. New escalators, lifts and stairs provide effortless connectivity across both upper and lower levels.

At Ground level, the building envelope has been extended and is anchored by a resort-style main lounge with green wall, water feature and internal planting that together create a restful and relaxing character. Natural materials including stone and timber establish a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

The Lower Ground Plaza level offers casual dining options while Level One introduces a 2,850 sqm dining area and function spaces. Together, they deliver a layered and activated social environment, designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing club.
