At ground level, guests are drawn into a state-of-the-art club environment where the design reimagines the traditional gaming model to provide a dynamic indoor and outdoor entertainment precinct. Restaurants, lounges, indoor sports facilities and children’s play areas combine to deliver a layered and activated social environment.

At podium rooftop level Club Burwood introduces an open-air dining and social destination. The podium façade has been carefully articulated to conceal and reveal moments of the interior journey, offering glimpses of activity within, particularly around the theatre and entertainment spaces.

Rising above the four-storey podium, an 18-level, 200-room luxury hotel anchors the upper levels of the development. The hotel incorporates a sky bar, restaurant and rooftop terraces with panoramic views of the Sydney skyline, reinforcing the project as both a local destination and a metropolitan landmark.

The architectural language draws from Burwood’s rich heritage fabric. Its eclectic mix of Victorian, Federation and mid-20th century buildings informs a material palette of Federation-inspired brickwork, contemporary bronze cladding and expansive glazed elements, subtly referencing the suburb’s historic character while acknowledging its evolution into a modern urban centre.

The 11,270 sqm site has been designed with multiple basement levels to accommodate approximately 1250 car spaces, providing ample capacity to support large-scale events and peak patronage.

Situated in one of the country’s most culturally vibrant communities, the staged development is scheduled to commence early works on Stage one in 2026.
