John first joined Buchan in 2007 and now leads Project Operations globally. With a focus on driving efficiency and excellence, John oversees all operational aspects of the practice—from resource planning and systems optimisation to people & culture and project delivery. He works closely with our Project Leaders, fostering strong relationships. John brings a collaborative, open-minded approach to the way Buchan works, informed by his years at the technical delivery coalface of large-scale, complex projects.
