Richard enjoys working in teams that encourage outstanding and innovative solutions for clients. He has worked in a number of challenging social and cultural environments around the globe which has given him the ability to be adaptable, understanding, flexible and resilient.

Richard has been involved in a wide range of projects ranging from hospitality to commercial to retail and multi-residential. He is involved across all the design phases from concept design to site observation and understands the value of a systematic but innovative and collaborative process.
