Buchan’s Malou Ellis joined Kate Bailey (CBRE) and Daniel Morelli (Mainbrace Constructions Pty Ltd) on the panel at the Property Council NSW breakfast to explore ‘what’s next for Sydney’s CBD retail’.

The discussion highlighted experience as a defining driver of CBD retail today, and how designing for retail within an online shopping reality underscored the opportunity to shift to a hospitality mindset. The panel also explored the importance of adaptive reuse, improved connectivity and accessibility in shaping a vibrant future for Sydney’s CBD retail.
