The podium facade has been carefully articulated to reveal glimpses of activity within – particularly around the theatre and entertainment spaces – animating the street frontage and drawing the neighbourhood in.

The four-storey entertainment podium offers activity on every level, from a sports bar, micro-brewery and show stage, to family dining and youth play zones, to a major events floor capable of hosting up to 1,000 patrons. An open-air rooftop dining and social terrace caps the podium, with a dedicated wellness floor above offering a members day spa, gym, yoga studio and lap pool.

Rising above, a 200-room 4.5-star hotel brings a new hospitality offering to the inner west, its sky bar, restaurant and rooftop terraces offering panoramic views across the Sydney skyline — reinforcing the project as both a local destination and a metropolitan landmark.

The architectural design draws from Burwood’s layered heritage, with its mix of Victorian, Federation and mid-twentieth century buildings informing a material palette of Federation-inspired brickwork, bronze cladding and expansive glazing, referencing the suburb’s historic character while acknowledging its evolution into a modern urban centre.

The 11,270 sqm site incorporates six levels of basement parking providing approximately 1,250 car spaces.

Situated in one of the country’s most culturally vibrant communities, the staged development is scheduled to commence early works on Stage one in 2026.
