Yarrabilba Town Centre

One of Australia's largest masterplanned communities, Yarrabilba sits within the south-west growth corridor on the outer edges of Brisbane, framed by Mount Tamborine and Plunkett Conservation Park.

Buchan is the Lead Architect for the 12-hectare Town Centre, comprising of 40,000sqm Retail, Dining and Entertainment precinct, with proposed complementary uses including childcare, tavern, medical and gym facilities.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with surrounding public spaces, the Town Centre will blend open air and enclosed environments with permeable pedestrian connections throughout.

The masterplan sets the framework for a vibrant, connected and future-ready precinct envisioned to support a growing community of 50,000 people.
