Microwave until hot and let soak overnight.1/2cup sherry or orange juice, or to taste Next morning, remove the dough and roughly stretch out into a rectangle (about 300mm x zest of 1/2orange, or to taste 200mm).1 tbsp brown sugar, or to taste Spread out the fruit mix onto the dough and roll it up. You may wish to turn the dough 90 then roll up again.
