b'BBQ Corn RibsFresh corn cobs This is a perfect starter when cooking a meal 2 tbsp good mayonnaise on the BBQ.2 tbsp sriracha Peel the corn, cutting each cob in half, into cobettes. Slice each cobette lengthwise, into 1 whole lime, juiced quarter wedges. This will make 4 ribs for each 2 tbsp smoked paprika cobette.Place the ribs into a bowl, drizzle with olive 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil oil, season with salt and pepper and smoked Salt and pepper paprika. Mix thoroughly, coating each rib evenly. 1 handful corianderIn a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha and lime juice into a thin sauce. On a well-oiled hot BBQ grill place the ribs kernel-side down and grill until ribs have a nice char. Turn the ribs throughout so heat is applied to all 3 sides.(Also could be cooked on a ribbed frying pan on the stove top).Remove the ribs from the grill and toss in a bowl with the sauce until each rib is evenly coated.
