Return to cheeseheat and continue to whisk until sauce is thick and smooth. Remove from heat immediately 30g ( 1/4cup) grated tastystir through cheeses and season to taste. Stir cheese through macaroni and mix to coat well. Spoon Plus 1/2 cup grated, extra into prepared dish.4 slices of bread Place bread in a food processor and process until a crumb forms. Place in a bowl and add extra 4 green onions (shallots),tasty cheese, green onions and prosciutto. Mix sliced well to combine and season to taste. Sprinkle crumb over top of macaroni in baking dish and 6 slices prosciutto, sliced drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes, until crumb is golden.
