Microwave until hot and let soak overnight.120ml sherry or orangeNext morning, remove the dough and roughly stretch juice out into a rectangle (about 300mm x 200mm).Zest of 1/ 2an orange Spread out the fruit mix onto the dough and roll it 1 tbsp brown sugar up. You may wish to turn the dough 90 then roll up again.
