b'BBQ Corn RibsFresh corn cobs This is a perfect starter when cooking a meal on the 2 tbsp mayonnaise BBQ.2 tbsp sriracha Peel the corn, cutting each cob in half, into cobbettes. Slice each cobbette lengthwise, into 1 whole lime, juiced quarter wedges. This will make 4 ribs for each cobbette.2 tbsp smoked paprika Place the ribs into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil with salt and pepper and smoked paprika. Mix thoroughly, coating each rib evenly. Salt and pepper In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, 1 handful coriander sriracha and lime juice into a thin sauce. On a well-oiled hot BBQ grill place the ribs kernel-side down and grill until ribs have a nice char. Turn the ribs throughout so heat is applied to all 3 sides.(Also could be cooked on a ribbed frying pan on the stove top).Remove the ribs from the grill and toss in a bowl with the sauce until each rib is evenly coated. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with chopped coriander. Serve with the remaining sauce for dipping and enjoy!33'
