Season with black pepper to suit.1 cup beef stock Add the carrot, celery, and onion back into the pan.400g tinned choppedAdd the beef stock, and can of tinned tomatoes into tomatoes the pan and continue cooking the base mixture, 250g fresh lasagne sheets bringing it to a simmer.200g ricotta cheese (canLayer up the lasagne in a suitably-sized baking dish; be substituted for a whiteadd liquid from the base mixture to the base of the sauce) baking dish, just enough to thinly cover the bottom, 250g Parmesan cheeseand then stack pasta sheets, zucchini ribbons, (can be substituted forpumpkin ribbons, base mixture, into as many layers mozzarella) that your baking dish allows.
