This recipe almost produces the same result, however can be done in 4 hours in 1.5kg beef brisket (do notthe oven.trim the fat)3/ 4cup your favouritePreheat oven to 150C.smokey BBQ sauce Apply rub to all sides of brisket.1/ 4cup soy sauce In a bowl mix together BBQ sauce, soy sauce and 1/ 4cup your favourite BBQwater.rub Place a piece of foil large enough to completely 1 cup water wrap the brisket in a roasting pan. Add the brisket fat side up and pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the brisket. Wrap the brisket in the foil so it is fully sealed, cover it with more foil, if needed.Roast for 3 hours for a 1.5kg brisket. Add 1 more hour for every additional 0.5kg.Remove from oven and rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
